TUMULTE is an animation tool designed to help companies:
💥 Identify the vulnerabilities of their business model, via "shock" maps
💡 Emerge action levers for greater resilience, via "levers" cards
📅 Two sessions to choose from :
- Tuesday, October 1 - 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- Thursday, October 3 - 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm

🎯 Workshop reserved for managers of companies with material flows (industry, construction, public works, logistics...). The manager can be accompanied by one or more employees involved in the company's transformation strategy (purchasing, supply chain, innovation, marketing or CSR).
