The study, financed by the Region, DREETS, RTE, Enedis and Aventech, is devoted to the employment and skills challenges facing the electrical networks sector in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Carried out with the help of players in the power networks sector, and piloted by Tenerrdis, it provides a detailed inventory of jobs, skills requirements and recruitment tensions, as well as existing and future training courses.

Its aim is to support the structuring and development of a strategic sector, responsible for renewing the network, adapting it to climate change, integrating renewable energies and supporting new uses.

The study identifies concrete courses of action to be implemented in response to the issues identified, including adapting training provision, enhancing the attractiveness of trades, and supporting the dynamics of regional cooperation between training and employment players.
