2024 satisfaction survey: what our members told us!
Every year, Tenerrdis conducts a satisfaction survey among its members in order to improve its services and better meet the expectations of its ecosystem. The 2024 edition of the survey highlights stable trends and some key areas for strengthening the cluster's commitment and efficiency.
Stable overall satisfaction
On a scale of 0 to 10, the 131 survey respondents gave Tenerrdis an average score of 7.72 this year. This average overall satisfaction score has remained stable over the past four years, reflecting Tenerrdis' consistent performance in its support role.
Satisfaction rates by department
Satisfaction rates for the various services offered by the cluster are directly linked to their level of use and awareness. The results show that the more a service is used and known about, the higher the satisfaction rate, demonstrating the importance of communication and promotion of services.
Quality of team interaction
When it comes to interactions with the Tenerrdis team, members appreciate the interpersonal skills, the ease of contact, the frequency of exchanges and the expertise offered. Here again, the average has changed little over four years (variation of 5.6%), testifying to the regularity of the quality of interactions.
Support needs
Respondents to the survey would like to receive support in areas such as technology and regulatory watch, different financing methods (fund-raising, loans, public or private grants, etc.), and energy markets in the defense sector (matchmaking, associated financing programs).
In terms of strengthening interaction between private and public players, members are particularly interested in being listed in a catalog dedicated to public players looking for partnerships or technical solutions.
Strengths and areas for improvement
The testimonials highlight Tenerrdis' territorial roots, its ability to federate a wide range of players across the region, and its recognized expertise. The company's dynamic, responsive team was also highlighted.
In terms of areas for improvement, feedback points to a need for networking and synergies between members, as well as a balance between support for companies, SMEs and research players. They also call for a stronger European dimension and more speaking opportunities for members.
The term "network" stands out both as a strong point and as an area for improvement. This double positioning underlines the added value of the Tenerrdis community and the need to optimize its operation... a fine challenge for the cluster's team in 2025!
Recommendation
The recommendation index of 7.86 (measured on a scale of 0 to 10) indicates a good willingness on the part of members to promote Tenerrdis to players in the renewable energy sector, reflecting an overall high level of confidence.
Tenerrdis warmly thanks all respondents for taking the time to answer our satisfaction survey! These invaluable responses enable the team to adapt its action plan and study the opportunity to offer new and complementary services.
