Turning regulations into an opportunity for your transformation - 1 day

Learn how to apply French and European regulations and their concepts to my company's climate transformation.

Public: You are an executive, CSR manager or energy manager, and you are in charge of your company's ecological and environmental transition.

This training course will enable you to :

• take stock of your company's context (strategy, governance, business model, regulations)
• Build a method for analyzing Impacts, Risks and Opportunities (identification of issues, indicators, thresholds)
• Identify and prioritize the challenges facing the company and its stakeholders, based on a dual materiality approach.
• Define a policy of actions, governance, business model strategy, metrics and objectives for each issue.

Program

• The regulatory context and its impact (CSRD, ICPE, tertiary decree, national low-carbon strategy SNBC, etc.)
• Measurement and choice of indicators
• The principle and basic requirements of the CSRD and the logic of reporting

Pedagogy

• Learning by doing, through educational games or in our factory-schools.
• Encourage participants to take a step back and take action, thanks to practical company case studies.
